When you arrive at CampOut, you will receive a packet containing a schedule of classes, activities, games, and performances. A map of the campground and any other information you need will be included along with your attendee bracelet. The canoes, paddle boats and jon boats are free of charge. Hammocks are everywhere to relax and enjoy the lake, woods, and stars at night!

Registration fees are $50 per person before September 15th, $60 thereafter. Children under 13 are half price, 4 and under are free.

Vendor fees are $70 for a 10'x10' site, $90 for a 10'x20'.

CampOut campsites are all pine forest with a nice layer of peat. All fires must be in raised fireboxes except for the large sites, which have built in fire-rings. No fires, including tiki torches, candles, etc, may be left unattended in camp under any circumstances. No exceptions. Fires must be out at midnight (this is also Quiet Hour); there will be a Merry Meet bonfire from Midnight until 1:30 am Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.
All paths are lined with hanging candle lanterns provided by CampOut. Also, Earthweavers has a zero-tolerance policy toward pedophilia and sexual predation, no persons with convictions of this nature may attend the Calling of the Clans. To do so will lead to the eviction from the event and premises with no refund and the authorities will be alerted.

We will be unable to accept credit cards at the gate, so please plan accordingly if you will be paying upon arrival. To expedite registration for those who will be paying at the gate, it would be a great idea to bring the forms already filled out with you to the Registration tent. Forms can be obtained on this page and we will be bringing them with us just in case! ;) 

Also, if you pay through Paypal after or on Tuesday the 7th October, just print out the confirmation email and bring that with your form. Last but not least, we will need to observe your picture I.D upon check-in.
