When you arrive at Blackwater Campground, you will receive a packet containing a schedule of classes, activities, games, and performances. A map and any other information you need will be included along with your attendee bracelet.

Understanding the current economic situation, we have extended the reduced rate of $50 until September 1, 2009. We're all in this together!

Registration fees are $50 per person until September 1st, $60 thereafter. Children under 16 are half price, 4 and under are free.

Vendor fees are $70 for a 10'x10' site, $90 for a 10'x20'.

 Fires are only permitted in lined fire pits approved by campground management, barbecue grills, or in stoves using propane, butane, or other approved fuels. Leaving any fire unattended is prohibited! It is the responsibility of all campers to completely extinguish all  fires. Root fires are an extreme hazard in sandy soil.  All fire pits MUST be lined for this reason! At certain times of year, or during extreme drought, open fires may be prohibited.

Earthweavers has a zero-tolerance policy toward pedophilia and sexual predation, no persons with convictions of this nature may attend the Fall Festival. To do so will lead to the eviction from the event and premises with no refund and the authorities will be alerted.

We will be unable to accept credit cards at the gate, so please plan accordingly if you will be paying upon arrival. To expedite registration for those who will be paying at the gate, it would be a great idea to bring the forms already filled out with you to the Registration tent. Forms can be obtained on this page and we will be bringing them with us just in case! ;) 

Also, if you pay through Paypal after or on Tuesday, September 29, 2009, just print out the confirmation email and bring that with your form. Last but not least, we will need to observe your picture I.D upon check-in.
